The hotel is located very near to New Delhi train station and a metro station, making it convenient for transportation. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with ensuite bathrooms. the service is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast is tasty and hygienic. there is a pool and the option for yoga classes.
The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful, and the AC was not working despite being promised an AC room.

This venue is conveniently located near a bakery, within walking distance, and it's close to Jantar Mantar which is approximately a mile away; the Paharganj neighborhood is a must-visit spot with no issues experienced during the stay.

Staff in the hotel tried to be extremely helpful. It looks quite new and has decent furniture.
Like many other Indian hotels this hotel despite being almost new is quite dirty. The understanding of cleanness is strange as towels are grayish and had holes in them, pillows and sheets on the bed are also grayish and have stains. This is a common problem in Indian hotels, which is a pitty. As otherwise this hotel could be of quite a good quality.

Only a short distance to Cafe Coffeeco, where you can have lunch. We would recommend, maybe to friends. Nice base for trip in New Delhi...

The hotel has been recently renovated and therefore the ambiance is quite pleasant and comfortable. Bathrooms and furniture are above expectations for a hotel in this category. The neighborhood is rather run down, but lively and full of Westerners wishing to experience the true Delhi on a budget trip. The metro stop is very close, which is a big plus because you can reach most points of interests through the urban transit system. The trains and the stations are amazingly modern clean and safe.
I would suggest to avoid the tourist agency inside the hotel. You will be able to find better value for money (e.g. for airport connection or for daily trips to Agra), in other tourist agencies located in the vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast could definitely be improved although the coffee is not bad.

the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpfull, the reception hall is beautifly decorated. the neighbourhod of the hotel is quite shocking when you arrive, but then you realize the main bazaar is just around the corner with great shops, lots of hotels and restaurants, with lots of tourists.
stained tablecloths in a restaurant, and the staff was repairing something in the corridor just outside our room at around midnight making a nosie that woke us up.
